  • 4 cups broccoli florets raw
  • 6 strips bacon cooked & crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise full-fat
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar organic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil organic

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, cheese, and red onion.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sweetener, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
