- 4 cups broccoli florets raw
- 6 strips bacon cooked & crumbled
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup red onion diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise full-fat
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar organic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp avocado oil organic
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, cheese, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sweetener, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly.
