Ingredients
Stir-Fry Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thigh sliced into thin strips
- 2 cups broccoli cut into florets
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional, for heat
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes, stirring for 1 minute.
- Return chicken to the pan, add soy sauce, sesame oil, and erythritol (if using), and stir to coat evenly. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
