Ingredients
Salmon Fillets
- 1 piece 5-ounce wild salmon fillet
Asparagus
- 4 stalks asparagus
Lemon-Herb Butter
- 1/8 cup butter room temperature
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chipotle powder
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine room-temperature butter, lemon juice, salt, chipotle powder, chopped parsley, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
