Ingredients
Shepherd's Pie
- 1 lb ground beef organic, grass-fed
- 1/2 cup onion diced
- 2 cups cauliflower steamed and mashed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil organic, extra virgin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until beef is browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread beef mixture in a baking dish and top with cauliflower mash.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until top is lightly golden.
