Ingredients
  

Shepherd's Pie

  • 1 lb ground beef organic, grass-fed
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 2 cups cauliflower steamed and mashed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil organic, extra virgin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until beef is browned.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread beef mixture in a baking dish and top with cauliflower mash.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until top is lightly golden.
