- 6 oz pork tenderloin non-GMO
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil organic, extra virgin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season pork with seasonings.
- Heat oil in oven-safe skillet and sear pork on all sides.
- Transfer skillet to oven and roast 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
