Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz pork tenderloin non-GMO
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil organic, extra virgin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season pork with seasonings.
  • Heat oil in oven-safe skillet and sear pork on all sides.
  • Transfer skillet to oven and roast 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
