Ingredients
  

Egg Bite Mixture

  • 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
  • 3 strips bacon, sugar-free, cooked & crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 12 large eggs organic
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil organic, extra virgin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300?F. Place a baking dish with 1? water on the bottom rack.
  • Spray mini muffin pan or line with silicone molds. Distribute spinach, bacon, cheese evenly.
  • Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper; pour into muffin cups.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until set.

Notes

Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days; freeze up to 6 months.
