Instructions
Preheat oven to 300?F. Place a baking dish with 1? water on the bottom rack.
Spray mini muffin pan or line with silicone molds. Distribute spinach, bacon, cheese evenly.
Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper; pour into muffin cups.
Bake 20 minutes or until set.
