- 12 large eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup heavy cream organic
- 1/4 cup sour cream full fat
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 14 oz pork breakfast sausage cooked & crumbled
- 12 oz cheddar cheese shredded, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350?F. Spray 9?9 dish.
- Beat eggs, mix in cream, sour cream, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
- Stir in sausage and 1 cup cheese.
- Transfer to dish, top with remaining cheese.
