Casserole Base

  • 12 large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream organic
  • 1/4 cup sour cream full fat
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 14 oz pork breakfast sausage cooked & crumbled
  • 12 oz cheddar cheese shredded, divided

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350?F. Spray 9?9 dish.
  • Beat eggs, mix in cream, sour cream, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
  • Stir in sausage and 1 cup cheese.
  • Transfer to dish, top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 35?45 minutes until set.
