- 4 lb beef brisket trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil organic, extra virgin
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275?F. Rub brisket with olive oil and spices.
- Place in roasting pan, cover with foil.
- Bake 6 hours until tender.
- Slice against the grain and serve.
