Brisket Ingredients

  • 4 lb beef brisket trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil organic, extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 275?F. Rub brisket with olive oil and spices.
  • Place in roasting pan, cover with foil.
  • Bake 6 hours until tender.
  • Slice against the grain and serve.
