Ingredients
Egg Bite Mixture
- 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
- 3 strips bacon, sugar-free, cooked & crumbled
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 12 large eggs organic
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil organic, extra virgin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300?F. Place a baking dish with 1? water on the bottom rack.
- Spray mini muffin pan or line with silicone molds. Distribute spinach, bacon, cheese evenly.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper; pour into muffin cups.
- Bake 20 minutes or until set.
