Instructions
Line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with waxed paper or parchment paper.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream and almond/hemp milk. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
Add powdered sweetener and allulose, whisking until dissolved.
Stir in butter and unsweetened chocolate. Cook, whisking constantly, until smooth.
Remove from heat and whisk in collagen peptides, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
Pour mixture into prepared pan, spreading evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Remove fudge using parchment edges, cut into 12 pieces, and serve.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream and coconut oil. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
